These terms apply to your use of the Pagudi website and purchases from us, together with the relevant product details and shipping, return and cancellation policies. Please read them before placing an order.
Website use & account responsibilities
Use the website lawfully and only place orders if you are legally eligible to enter a binding contract under Indian law. Minors should use the service through a parent or legal guardian. Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of unauthorised access. Provide accurate, complete and current account, contact and delivery information.
Product information & variations
We aim to describe products accurately, including available sizes, materials and care instructions. Images are illustrative: colours may appear differently due to lighting and display settings. Handcrafted, printed or embroidered products may have reasonable variations in pattern, placement or finish. These variations do not excuse a defective item or a material mismatch with its description.
Prices, taxes & discounts
Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, shipping charges and eligible discounts are shown in the product or checkout information, with the final payable total available before payment. Promotions are subject to their disclosed conditions. If a genuine, obvious pricing or listing error affects an order, we may contact you to correct it or cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid; we will not impose a higher price without your agreement.
Order acceptance & availability
Adding an item to your bag does not reserve inventory. An order acknowledgement or payment receipt confirms receipt of your request; acceptance is communicated through confirmation of fulfilment or dispatch. Orders remain subject to inventory, payment verification and delivery serviceability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund prepaid amounts for the cancelled portion.
Payment processing
Use an authorised payment method and complete any required checks through the payment provider. Payment processing is subject to that provider's terms and security checks. Failed or duplicate payments should be reported with their transaction references so they can be checked. Do not disclose payment authentication credentials to support.
Shipping, returns & cancellations
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy explains processing, estimates and delivery arrangements. Eligible returns and exchanges are covered by the Returns & Exchanges Policy, generally with requests within 7 days of delivery. The Cancellation & Refund Policy explains cancellation stages and refund processing. These policies are available through the footer, and lawful product-specific conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
Intellectual property
Pagudi branding, website design, text, images and other content belong to Pagudi or their respective owners or licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. Do not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as permitted by law.
Prohibited use & fraud
Do not misuse accounts, impersonate others, submit fraudulent orders, use unauthorised payment details, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the website. We may restrict access or cancel affected transactions where reasonably necessary to investigate or prevent misuse, subject to applicable law and any refund obligations.
Responsibility & limitations
We take reasonable care in operating the website but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or arise from misuse outside our control. No exclusion limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes rights relating to defective goods, misleading descriptions, refunds or other mandatory consumer protections.
Indian law & disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Please contact support first so we can help resolve a concern. Nothing prevents you from seeking relief before a consumer commission, court or other authority with jurisdiction under applicable law.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms and publish a revised Last Updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing order. Contact Pagudi through the details below for questions or grievances.
